Who we are
Agility Next Pty Ltd ("we", "us") is an independent technology advisory firm based in Sydney, Australia. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you contact us, request a resource, subscribe to our newsletter or book a call, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, role, and details about your organisation's size and IT environment that you choose to share. Our website uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) that measure aggregate page performance and do not identify, profile or track individual visitors across sites. If we add advertising measurement in future, this policy will be updated first and consent obtained where required.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver resources you request, schedule and prepare for calls, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and operate our engagements. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with technology vendors. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Engagement information
Information we access during an audit engagement (contracts, invoices, system data) is handled under the confidentiality terms of the engagement letter, is used solely to deliver the engagement, and is never shared with any third party without your written consent.
Storage and security
Personal information is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest. We retain it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@agilitynext.com.au. If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
