The 2x Value Guarantee
The guarantee referenced across this site applies to the 4-Week Commercial IT Health Check and means exactly this:
If the engagement does not identify and demonstrate value improvement opportunities worth at least twice the engagement fee, we will refund the fee in full. No questions asked.
- "Value improvement" means quantified opportunities across direct cost savings, spend avoidance, risk reduction (measured by potential impact and remediation cost), governance improvement, and capability improvement without proportional cost increase. Each is itemised and costed in the final report.
- The valuation of each opportunity is set out in the report with its basis (market benchmark, contract variance, licence reconciliation, or quantified risk exposure), so you can test our arithmetic.
- The guarantee applies to opportunities identified, which are within our control; realised savings depend on implementation decisions that remain yours.
- A refund request must be made within 30 days of the final report being delivered, by email to hello@agilitynext.com.au. Refunds are paid within 14 days.
- The guarantee requires reasonable access to the information the audit needs (vendor contracts, invoices and system data as scoped in the engagement letter).

If that ever changes for any engagement, we will disclose it in writing before the engagement begins.
Intellectual property
